State of Messaging 2020

After Smooch got acquired by Zendesk in mid-2019 and became Sunshine Conversations, we needed to continue producing our State of Messaging report to bring valuable insights and analysis to our customers. This was also an opportunity to maintain our relationships with them through the acquisition and transition our brand to Zendesk. With more development and brand resources, I crafted a crisp and engaging digital experience, created a library of illustrations and animated them. I also designed the whitepaper version and all the social media collaterals.
